What Causes Bloody Discharge From The Vagina Along With Back Pain And Nausea?

Im on depo vera shot ive been on it for 5 month recently having spotting for 3weeks, couldnt sleep last night sharp back pain today woke up with nausea and had the chills i left work early, i was in the shower when i passed a blood clot size of a golf ball with what appeared to be skin like is this normal?

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. The expulsion of the clot you have described is definitely not normal. Its nature can be known through a clinical and histopathological evaluation. Also, since you have been spotting for the past 3 weeks, further evaluation is needed. A pregnancy test, sonogram of the pelvis are helpful. Further management can be planned accordingly.
