What Causes Bloody Vaginal Discharge And Back Pain?

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for a year now. And this month I started my period.. again, and it usually only last 5 days.. It lasted about 8 days this time. and 2 weeks later i am still having bloody discharge. My lower back keeps having spaz's and a hard cramp everyonce in a while. should i be concerned?
