What Causes Blue And Pale Colour On Body After Dizzy Attack?

My daughter aged 23 felt faint and dizzy. She was extremely pale and clammy but when I took her to her room her face was even paler with a blue tinge but her lips became blue/ purple. She occasionally has dizzy attacks but has never been this alarming colour before
