What Causes Blue Discoloration Of The Skin While Treating Bronchitis And Pleurisy?

hello, i have pleaurisy and have had this for many years ever since i was a kid. lately i have been coughing up blood and have contracted bronchitis. my skin has turned more blue shaded although it has always been tinged purple for as long as i can remeber. i need some advice on what to do because i dont know if it could be caused by TB since ive never have been tested for it and a lot of the symptoms are related to my diagnosis

you need to get your SPO2 checked to see whether it is really blue?
how is your XRAY ,was it done recently?
