Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What can be causing my nose to turn bluish color? I have Mitrol Valve Replacement, 2 Heart Stents, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Emphysema, Spinal Stenosis with Instrumentated Fusion and Bone Graft, Chronic Back Pain, Gall Bladder removal, Complete Hysterectomy...
You are having lots of diagnoses which may compromise your health. I think the main reason for your bluish nose is mitral valve disease. Even emphysema can cause bad oxygenation but not exactly bluish nose. This two diseases can contribute to your bad oxygenation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
