What Causes Blue Hands, Nausea And Bloating After Taking Plan B?

hello, i took plan b last night and tonight my hands are turning blue. I can feel them, i feel ok, but i was wondering if it was a side effect of the pill. i'm also extremely bloated and a little nauseous. I also read that I could gain weight from it. Just wanted to have more details and confirmations.
