What Causes Blue Liquid In The Ears?

A friend of mine has blue liquid coming out of his ears. His ears have hurt for years, and perhaps about two years ago they bled for a while but that stopped. Lately one of them has been feeling a bit bothersome, but the other feels fine and the liquid coming out is suddenly blue. He gets mucus in the back of his throat a lot that he coughs up and his nose is often stuffy. That's how it has been for a few years now, but the blue is new. What's going on?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that chances of ear fungal infection is likely and this condition can be treated with antifungal ear drop and the best option is, Miconazole ear drop the throat condition could be allergic one, take care and have a nice day.
