What Causes Blurred, Unfocused Vision After Focused Concentration For About 20 Minutes?

Hi, I ve been having some issues with my eyesight for the past year or so, and I m not sure what s going on. It seems that every time I read for about 20 minutes or so and then try to focus my eyes on some other objects around me, my vision is very blurry and I can t see as clearly as I used to. It also happens when I use the computer, or do anything, really, that includes staring at something for at least 15-20 minutes straight. I thought it might just be dry eye but I m kind of worried that it might be something else.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the vision disturbances can be related to certain issues as

- lack of secretions of lacrimal gland due to dry eyes after straining

- development of far sightedness vision through acquity issues

- vitamin deficiencies

- stress or anxiety

- others

Kindly get checked with an expert Ophthalmologist for check up and get necessary guidelines.

Till that time, continue to splash the eyes with cold water every half an hour time period.
