What Causes Blurred Vision After A Uveitis Infection?

I was infected with uveitis about 10 days ago, started with a red eye, gradually went blurred . All test conducted were -ve except HLA B27 which was positive. i am on drops now every hour. I am very shock with this disease that i have not heard of before this. Pls advise. thanks

generally-it is autoimmune disorder. steroid drop to be started may have RAfactortested. steroid like dexamethazone drop may be preferred. it induces diabetes and glaucoma. steroid is to be tapered.
