What Causes Blurred Vision And Abdominal Pain While On Provera?

I am taking provera 5mg ( one tablet a day) , Sandrena 0.1 ( one sachet a day), along with centrum multivitamin . I noticed a change in my weight (increased),blurred vision, abdominal pain, dark urine with a bad smell and bloating . Since I have fructose intolerance , I want to be sure that these symptoms are caused by provera . I used the mirena before but the Gynocologist suggested to have provera instead because I needed a surgery to insert it. Would you provide your advice in such regards? Thanks
