What Causes Blurred Vision And Breathing Difficulty?

Hello for about a year now I have been feeling as if I am in a fog it all started the day my girlfriend at the time told me she was sleeping with someone else and we ended it on that night. I was on hydrocodone and drank some alcohol which was pretty common for me at the time as I would drink alcohol quite frequently I remember however on that day the hydrocdodone made me feel as if I were going to come out of my body and I feel like that feeling hasn t gone away. Nowadays I experience blurred visiOn with a heavy sensati N in my eyes that makes it hard for me to focus on words and things sometime it also feels like my neck is tight and shakes as if I have Parkinson s. And it is difficult to breathe and swallow my own saliva . My symptoms are better when I drink alcoho however the next day it s worse. I wake up after having just slept for maybe three hours riddled with anxiety. Even when driving I feel like I will stop breathing and it is hard to swallow. I have went to the doctor and at first they said I was suffering maybe from a broken hear my friends and family believe that it is anxiety I have gotten my brain scanned and everything came back fine I have had a physical and everything was fine what could I be suffering from?
