What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness After Standing Up?
Hi, I'm a 16 year old girl 5'8 140 lbs. Lately when I stand up from either laying or even just sitting, my vision darkens until its completely black & I get dizzy, but then my vision lightens up & I can see fine after a few seconds. How can I stop this from happening?

this is happening due to postural hypotention.. have to consult phy sician for cause and recomand treatment. it may require general examination routine investigation. take balanced diet fish indite and fresh vegetable fruits. iron if there is deficiency.
