General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
With your history of raised blood pressure with family history of high blood pressure with complications. I suspect retinal involvement in your case. You should get a check up by an opthalmologist with ophthalmoscope to assess retinal health, earliest for early diagnosis & prompt treatment gives good results.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
