Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I often feel a pulsing sensation in the bridge of my nose. Today I experienced blurred vision and dizziness but on checks blood pressure, temperature, blood sugared, oxygen and heart rate were normal. Afterwards I have felt pressure in the bridge of my nose and when I cough I can feel it at the same point and around my eye sockets .. could this be sinus related?
This could be related to sinusitis and X-ray PNS should be done in order to rule out a sinus infection. But a headache, dizziness and blurred vision could be occurring due to a migraine. A migraine might result in similar symptoms.
Drugs like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol can be used to get relief from symptoms. If the symptoms persist then please visit a psychiatrist for help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi,
Psychiatrist
