What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

In the past two months I have experienced 4 times...weakness, blurred vision, feeling faint, needing to lie down. Three times with nausea once with diarrhea. Three times following food intake once 6 hours later upon waking up. No itching or other allergy symptoms. It hits really fast and lasts 1-2 hours. I am on Blood pressure mess but have not taken pressure readings when this happens.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

One possible explanation may be lowering of blood pressure more than normal values, so, if these symptoms happen again, it is necessary to measure your blood pressure ASAP or to wear a continuous blood pressure and pulse monitor (Holter) for 48 hours.
Another condition to consider is hypoglycemia or lowering of blood sugar levels.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Take care.
