Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Blurred Vision And Fatigue After A Forehead Injury?
About a hour ago I received a hard blow to my forehead-right above my eye on my eyebrow bone. It swelled up instantly and seems to be getting bigger. Besides a sharp pain, I haven t had any other symptoms until now the vision on my opposite eye is becoming weird, like an off and on blur, and I m extremely tired now. Should I get it looked at?
You are highly suggested to have eye check-up as soon as possible. I should also ask some questions:
1. Are there any other symptoms?
2. Is there pain or watering in the eyes?
There are treatments available to the condition I am chiefly suspecting. From corticosteroids to evisceration, there are ample of treatment but before that, the ophthalmologist has to be consulted.
This is quite important and emergency. Do not worry and do not be a delay. With the result of the above tests, please consult an ophthalmologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
