What Causes Blurred Vision And Headache?

I completely went blind in my right eye for two to three minutes before my vision returned. My vision is now blurry and I have had a headache two days now. The doctor at the Er told me to see a specialist for eyes. My question is why did this happen and how serious is it?

Hello,
There is no way that we can tell you the cause. You need to see an ophthalmologist. It could be something simple like an ophthalmic migraine or something more serious like damage to the optic nerve. See an ophthalmologist soon.
