Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Lump on right side of neck along with difficulty in swallowing needs to be investigated. In case, the neck swelling is visible and superficial, I suggest you to get FNAC from the lump. Difficulty in swallowing required clinical assessment and endoscopy by a gastroenterologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
