But anyway in absence of that , pixels and blurred vision is not related to foods. It has definite concern with the retinal focusing physics. I would strongly suggest you to get clinical check up by an expert ophthalmologist and get perfect diagnosis as well as management. Till then what you should do is * Keep both eyes clean with thorough cold water splashing for 10-10 min. mor and eve. * wear goggles when going outside to save your eyes exposure to direct sunlight and possible dust particles. *maintain your hydration levels by plenty of liquids * keep your BP and Blood sugar levels under control * some eyes related exercises at home for 10-10 min daily. * high fiber diet. * quit smoking / tobacco / alcohol consumption if at all doing .
