What Causes Blurred Vision And Sharp Pain After I Pulled A Muscle?

I pulled/strained muscle i my arm, then I felt severe pain aswell as feeling nausea, dizziness, feeling faint and blurred vision. Then in the shower i felt a sharp pain on my right side, followed by feelings of nausea, dizziness, feeling faint and blurred vision. What could this be?
