What Causes Blurred Vision And Sneezing After Taking Carbohydrates?

I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia years ago. I also had the gastric bypass done in 2000. Every time I eat any type of carbs, or less protein than carbs...I have a weird reaction....my nose runs and I have a sneezing fit. My vision is hazy. It normally takes 20 minutes for the spell to pass.....is this normal

may be it is developing intoerance to wheat in turn producing these reactions we may attribte it to gluten sensitivity .the best test is omit carbhydrates of course of course gluten rich and observe any improvement in symptoms if any .
