Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We have a lot of options in drugs if one drug cause side effects but to be honest the symptoms you said do not appear to be side-effects of the amlodipine. Such symptoms should always be independently evaluated. So I would advise you to talk to your doctor, so he would assess you and find out what could be the cause of your symptoms: once other causes have been ruled out, the BP pill can always be changed if that is the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
