What Causes Blurred Vision And Swelling Of Eyes After A Injury?

A stick from outdoors has poked my left eye. My vision is cloudy hours later. It is sensitive to light, and lacrimates when the eye is open. There is still redness, swelling, and minor pain. Should I seek medical attention to prevent an infection or is this superficial?

I really appreciate your concern, eye injuries should always be taken seriously and it need to be taken for investigation and opinion from ophthalmologist, better to see the eye surgeon hope this information helps.
