What Causes Blurred Vision And The Inability To Focus?

over the past 4 months I have had blurred vision and the inability to focus for a long periods of time. I am 24 F and have been to my Ophthalmologist, an Optometrists and a Neurologist and yet all my tests (blood, vision and MRI) have come back clean. None of the Docs know what is wrong and say it will just get better, It s been over 4 months now and nothing has changed. I am really worried, do you have any idea what it might be?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
you are having refraction and accommodation problem. first proper refraction is to be done and accommodation is to be tested. even general weakness will create problem for accommodation. muscular weakness will fail to converge the eye after the test a proper diagnosis can be made. simply proper corection of refractive power may rectify accommodation problem.
