What Causes Blurred Vision Despite Having Normal Test Results?

Hi Back in May 2014, my vision started to become slightly blurry and pixelated - like snow on a TV screen. And often, it s difficult to focus my eyes (kind of the way it feels when you try on someone else s glasses). I got checked out by an optometrist, a neurologist, and a neuro-ophthalmologist - and they said my vision is fine (20/15 vision) and my eyes are physically fine (I don t wear contacts or glasses).... But I experience a great deal of discomfort and stress because of this. Lights look blurry or smeared. (Driving at night is challenging.) The neuro-op said that I have a slight case of blepharitis which may be causing the visual issues. Is that plausible? How do I heal this? Thanks so much for your help.

blepharitis will not cause any visualproblem. refraction may bedone and fundusexamination to see condition of macula. any way get blepharitistreated. cleanlidmargin with sterile swab and apply neosporine ophthalmicointment. apply refresh eye teardrop 3times daily. exclude glaucoma.
