What Causes Blurred Vision, Dizziness, Headaches, Arm Use And Memory Loss?

my father has ms. i have been ill for sometime now with severe dizzyness, headaches, loss of use in my left arm and left side. i have blurred vision too now and difficulty concentrating and remembering things. could i have it cause the treatments for vertigo dont help me.
