What Causes Blurred Vision, Headache, Extremely Sensitive Head, Nausea, Fatigue After Car Accident?

I was in a car accident a few days ago. My head hit the window and I lost vision for a moment. When my vision came back, it remained blurry. I know I felt weak for the rest of that night. I also feel fatigued. This isn't like me, I'm usually full of energy.
