General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Headache, disturbed vision and numbness in one side are all pointing towards a neurological pathology. I would advice you to get her assessed by a neurophysician. He will do a complete neurological examination and may also advise for an MRI. It is also advisable to get an ECG done as she has complained of increase in heartbeat.

I hope that answers your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you good health.
