What Causes Blurred Vision, Vertigo And Photo Sensitivity?

Can you tell me about MUMS? I ve only read about it, yesterday but, from what I read, it seems to fit my symptoms. Is there a specific test to rule it out? I had an MRI done a week ago, and it was one of the most painful experiences I have ever had. It appears to have brought on the symptoms I have which were, vertigo, loss of equilibrium, my right side was so weak that when I tried to get off the table I almost fell, twice. They finally had to get a wheelchair. My vision was blurred and the photosensitivity I usually have, seemed worse. What caused this reaction? I have had many MRIs but, not with this severe reaction.

well mums is not a very specific term , ur using. the symptoms u described may be due to transient ischaemic attacks, sometimes refrrred to ad mini stroke. wat was your MRI finding . I think u have mistyped it mums but I think ur more concerned about multiple sclerosis ,ms Which Multiple sclerosis (MS) affects the brain and spinal cord. Early MS symptoms include weakness, tingling, numbness, and blurred vision. Other signs are muscle stiffness, thinking problems, and urinary problems. Treatment can relieve MS symptoms and delay disease progression. u need a complete neurological check up. treatment will surely treat or delay the progression of the disease. repeat Mri will be helpful.
