What Causes Blurred Vision?

I had a vision change yesterday. If I cover the L eye the R eye sees the top line of an object as indented. Also, the letters are a little blurry, the letters in the middle of the word appear bowed. Notice a very light yellow oval the words. Theses symptoms appear in the R eye only.

refraction and fundus examination should be done may be having astigmatism.it should be corrected. change visual acuity can not effect in one day. since you have closed one eye it was detected then.
