It lasts about 5 to 10 minutes and happens randomely. my vision is affected to a point that some parts are blocked out. I am not aware that there any other symptoms. It usually happens 3 or 4 times a year. however, it has happened twice in the last week. Thankyou
itis mainly refractive error. in your case it maybe associated with field defect or it may be astigmatism. so field tracing should be done and rerecorded and glaucoma. in field tracing scotoma should be recorded. fundus examination should be done preferably indirect ophthammoscope for-wider field hole-sand tear should be noted peripheral detachment excluded. consult retina specialist and on-his advise laser can be used to seal peripheral detachment can ischemia or postural hypotention. they can be checked and main-problem excluded. this is suggested since it is happening intermittently.
