What Causes Blurred Vision?
Dear doc thanks for ur concern.Its been quite a long time that my left eye lid is badly swollen and my left eye is also swelled a little,feel pressure on my temples so times. Also my near vision is decreased more than the far vision. when I see my plate while eating its all blurred also see dots and spirals in the left eye please suggest me what to do.You are a big hope .Thank you.

It seems from the history that you are having swelling of the eyelid and blurring of vision for near.
Both seem to be caused by different reasons. Swelling of the eye kid is because of inflammatory lesion affecting the glands of the eyelids. The treatment is use of antibiotic eye drops, antiinflammatory drugs.
Blurring of vision for near is usually because of presbyopia and treatment is by correction by glasses.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
