What Causes Blurred Vision,memory Problems And Body Tremors?

I have blurred vision which comes on at mid afternoon everyday when I'm getting tired. Also have numbness, tremor, spasticity & pain in arm, bladder problems, memory problems,fatigue, burning pains in chest (between ribs), balance problems turning left and numbness in foot. Have I got MS?
