What Causes Blurring Vision With Temporary Vision Loss?

Question
Had a problem with my vision?
I was in a lecture the other day and my eyes stopped working. It lasted about 30 seconds and it felt like my left eye was turning in towards my nose. My vision was blurry. There wasn't any pain but I could focus on anything and it felt like my eye was shaking. Does anyone know what might be wrong
