What Causes Blurry Vision After Surgery?

I am on my third week post op. I have blurry vision that is increasing. Surgin said it is fine. Went for a second opionin that told me I have astigmatism due to the lens implanted being a little to big for the capsle and I already have clouding. I am getting dizzy and sick due to this. I had my first eye done 10 yrs ago and aside from having stitch and lazer all went fine. How can I be 20/40 and only see a blur at any distance? The reader glasses do not help the vision either. Had an emergency visit due to looking at blur only on half the eye like a crocadile looking half way out of the water. My brain is using the left eye to function and I fell this week due to the issue.
