What Causes Blurry Vision, Dizzy Spells, Vomiting And Long Periods?

I am a 37 year old female I have been having some issues that I'm starting to be concerned about. I have always had near perfect vision and over the last couple months it's gotten so blurry in the last 2 weeks I can't even read a street sign in front of me.
I have been having dizzy spells ,vomiting, fatigue and my menstrual cycle has been all over the map I'll bleed for 2 weeks have a week off then bleed heavily for 3 days . Not sure what's going on I have taken 3 pregnancy tests over the last couple months all 3 home pregnancy tests came back negitive. Any clue on what's going on with me?

conception problem and visision problem are tobe treated separatly. rfraction is tobe done, and if refractive error detected it is to be treated with requered correction. forenstural problem consult gynecologist for checkup and advise. it appears to be hormonal imbalance. it can be treated with medication. you should have given your previous pregnancy history, and abortion history. imunisation history MMRshould be given for proper advise.
