What Causes Body Ache After A Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy last July, 2017. Of course i have hot flashes, but recently (i guess it started a month a go) my whole body is aching. I find it very difficult to do anything. I am not on any medication, except supplements which i started using last week. (vitamin c and fish oils - omega 3) . I feel like the pain is getting worse. Could the lack of estrogen in my body be causing this pain?
