General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your clinical history is concerned please do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Gastro] and to confirm it with few investigations [CBC with differential, capsule endoscopy, and CT scan]. Do take treatment as per exact clinical findings.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this -
1) Try to limit dairy products and use an OTC enzyme product such as Lactaid.
2) Try avoiding butter, margarine, cream sauces, and fried foods. Limit fiber, if it's a problem food such as fresh fruits and vegetables etc.
3) Avoid other problem foods. Spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine etc.
4) Eat small meals. You may find you feel better eating five or six small meals a day rather than two or three larger ones.
5) Try to drink plenty of fluids daily and take a multivitamin capsule regularly.
6) Try to avoid smoking and make a plan to manage stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo,
