What Causes Body Ache Along With Chest Discomfort And Dizziness?

My friend over dosed on pills. he texted me ad telling me his eart is burning and his whole body hurts. he said he has lots of headaches and dizzeyness and his upper abdomen feels pressed. his chest feels like its expanding and his stress level on a scale of 1-10 is 7.

Hi,
You havn't mentioned that your friend was over dose of what kind of pill or drug name. As per symptoms you mentioned i can assume that he may have adverse reaction/side effect of drug over dose. Please go to the emergency department immediately.
