What Causes Body Ache Along With Dilated Right Eye?

I have a friend who believes she s having a panic attack..but she has aches and pains, thought it was stress related...one eye (her right )is dilated more than the other..she has sensations in her body and not in one arm or the other specifically..she smokes little ,drinks little...and has fuzziness she feels is on the top of her head..she also feels like fainting or I though a lose of balance..what might this be ...she is not on meds ..

Pupillary dilatation needs to be examined thoroughly. It could be due to drinking habits or could be due to a nerve anomal. But I am sorry I can't give a diagnosis without examining so I suggest you to take your friend for an eye exam.
