What Causes Body Ache Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

Recently tested positive for HLA B27, always feel like I have the flu, intense bone pains and aches, extreme fatigue, dizziness, minor swelling in feet and knees, have had several rashes, also i can sleep all night and wake up and feel like I didnt sleep at all. trying to figure out what this could be or at least what it could be?

Hello,

Increased HLA B27 may be related with some autoimmune conditions and probably the doctor may need to continue to investigate in this direction.
Anchylosing arthritis and reactive arthritis may be present in patients with increased HLA B27, even though HLA B27 may be normally increased in white patients.
