What Causes Body Ache Along With Dizziness?

Hello Doc, I am having severe body oain specially in Joints and headache from last two days. Temperature is little dizzy varying from 20° to 35° C On advise from friend I took NiCip plus and Azicip 500 for two days and feeling better now. Should i get any other test or this is fine. It would be great if you can mention the name of test, incase if it is required.

The most common reason for acute onset of joint pain, dizziness and headache would be a viral infection.
An infection would also cause a change in temperature.

There is no need for specific testing, most viral infections resolve on their own but if you continue to feel unwell then you can see your doctor for an assessment.
