What Causes Body Ache Along With Fatigue And Difficulty In Breathing?
Hello I have been in an out of the hospital for two months with severe body aches, pains, and fatigue as well as trouble with taking deep breaths. I was hospitalized for 4 days with antibiotics and then sent home for 10 days of oral antibiotics. I have had every blood test all negative. I still am experience these same systems. I have trouble doing any activity without fatigue and somewhat labored breathing. I had a CT Scan which showed a little inflammation of the lungs but doctors do not believe this is the issue. I am still under the care of the Infectious Disease doctor.

Considering your symptoms of fatigue, body aches, trouble breathing, for two months, and you don't have improvement from antibiotics, I suggest you to consult with your doctor about the possibility of a chronic autoimmune disease such as Lupus.
Even though you don't have body rashes, symptoms may vary in every patient, so you should make blood analysis of (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, ANA antibodies test).
