What Causes Body Ache Along With Fever And Chills?

My friend is having odd symptoms. For 2 days recently felt ill with aches, fever & chills. Had been cleaning up after his home near St Louis flooded, and got several bug (mosquito & possible tick) bites working outside. Feeling better now, but feels jittery as with caffiene (which he never drinks) and hands and feet are cramping. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

I have gone through your query. Get a blood routine examination including platelet count. This will give a clue to what kind of fever you got. Take plenty of fluids and rest.
