What Causes Body Ache Along With Fever And Vomiting?

My 34 year old daughter last night woke up sweating and hot. Face was flushed she said she didn t have a temp but today is slightly elevated. She said her body aches(hurts) even her fingers.Says today she feels like she has to throw up. She said its not the flu or a cold. Just feeling weird. She also has a throbbing headache. She is pale in her face today and may have to take tomorrow off because she is having a hard time just sitting at her desk and working. She is a runner and ran her 20 miles Sunday in preparation for her upcoming marathon. She works a very stressful job and runs a small business as well. Please help. She is very healthy and hasn t seen a doctor in years. I thought maybe a infection going on and told her to get probiotics.

Hello, thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think she is having flu and is in the beginning of it. She should take a tylenol or paracetamol and some vitamin C to bust imunity.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you. Best regards Dr Xhufka.
