Okay, so I ve been really sick since December 13th awful body aches, fever, chills, stomach pains. I went to the er on the 24 got tested for the flu and strep and they both came back negative. He said I some virus and it just had to run its course no meds no nothing. Okay come the 26th I go back to the er bc my symptoms had gotten worse and nothing was reducing my fever this time dr said I had a bladder infection and gave me a antibiotic shot and gave me cipro. I ve been on it since the 26th still it s the 30th an I still can t keep my fever down and my symptoms haven t gotten much better. What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As your symptoms suggesting, you should go for an R/E URINE, URINE C/S. I guess Ciprofloxacin drug is not working here in your case. Consult the urologist if possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. BarunBijoy Bhattacharjee
