What Causes Body Ache Along With Headache And Fever?

I ve been achy all week, upper half of my body. This morning I felt like I had the flu, achy, tired,headache on left side that goes into my left ear. I ve been sleeping alot today. Ended up with 100.6 temp. A short while ago I got up to use the bathroom. Got very lightheaded,nausea and my body became drenched in sweat. After a few minutes that feeling went away bur I still have slight headache and left ear hurts. Left side of lower back is sore. Could it be a heart attack? Should I go to the er?

Hello,

I have gone through your query. It may be due to viral fever.

For fever you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You may require complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malaria parasites, dengue NS 1 after physician consultation.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Along with that do saline or Betadine gargles and steam inhalation.

Keep your self hydrated and take balanced diet.
