What Causes Body Ache Along With Nausea And Fever?

My daughter, who is 20 years old and a senior in college has been experiencing some troubling symptoms. She saw a doctor today and he changed some of her anxiety meds but had no answer for the symptoms. First noticed these symptoms after two different concerts. She wakes up with extreme body aches, nausea, vomiting and running fever. This lasts anywhere from 6 to 24 hours. She has had one episode after listening to music in her room watching mood lighting on her ceiling. She does have extreme anxiety and has been taking Setraline and klonapin.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

The possibility of viral infection is more likely. So get done CBC (complete blood count). Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Take Paracetamol tablet twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
