What Causes Body Ache And Headache Along With Fatigue And Dizziness?
I had the flu starting last Thursday with vomiting & dry heaves, I stayed in bed up until Sunday with pain all over my body & head. Ever since I have gotten up I become weak upon walking & close to passing out in the shower. I am eating & drinking so not sure what has caused this.

Now a days flu-like symptoms persist for at least week. New strain of virus are causing fever, body ache, generalized weakness like symptoms , nausea and no taste sensation for weeks. Treatment is symptomatic. Drink lots of water, Rest, take breakfast,lunch, dinner full diet. It will take time to recover so don't worry about your symptoms .
