What Causes Body Ache And Headache Along With Pain In The Joints?

I ve just come back from Hawaii, the Big Island, Was there for 8 nights. By the time I got home i was listless, weak, ached all over especially in the joints and bones. My bladder control was decreased. After a good night s sleep in my own bed I felt much better, so I thought it was just exhaustion. However the next day, today, I have all the same aching joints and bones. Headache. Small of back is sore. But bladder control is pretty good. . One of our party was sick while there...coughing a lot. Thye gave him an inhaler and some decongestion drops to help him get home. The docs said no fever, no infection. I don t know if I have a fever. don t think so, but the chills are pershistent. Kept hearing about the vog. could that be it? I a m allergic to sulpha. Thanks, E

Hello,

It is difficult to say to differentiate between the big and flu or lower respiratory tract infection.

Both may present like breathing problems, shortness of breath, coughing, flu-like symptoms, headaches, lack of energy, more mucus production, sore throat, watery, irritated eyes etc.

Take rest use bronchodilators and expectorants. Wear mask before going. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you.
